Hi, I am Jamie Day, The Creator of the Acting With Integrity Classes, Coachings, and Drama Discovery Programs. I am a professional actress & singer with over 17 years of experience on the stage and screen. Recently, I have completed dual Master's Degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Interdisciplinary Arts and Marriage and Family Therapy. With the culmination of the therapeutic and educational modalities, I combine my Professional Experience along with Expressive Arts Exercises to facilitate pure creative self expression.

Drama Therapy is a form of Expressive Arts Therapy that promotes pure creative self expression and empowerment through improvisation and other dramatic exercises. This modality of healing is very powerful because it can literally change the kinesthetic blockages in our emotional and mental bodies by recreating a scene from our past and changing the outcome. Drama Therapy can also be used to project intended outcomes for future events. This work is fun, simple and most of all empowering. Drama Therapy is good for everyone!
