Esoteric Healing is a modality of Integrative Energy Work that I practice and facilitate. This healing modality is a gentle, yet powerfully effective way of removing blockages in the Emotional and Mental bodies so that optimum health may occur in the Physical body.

The Esoteric Principles focus on the 7 energy centers, or Chakras, and their correlating Anatomical Systems within the body:

• The Muscular System &
• The Organ System

These tenants are two basic strongholds of the Esoteric Work. A treatment is not ‘hands on’, rather it is done with a gentle Soul to Soul connection. Treatments can also be done long distance. This work is amazing and I can honestly say it has changed my life.

Applying the Esoteric Principles to the Acting Work

I infuse all of my classes with the Esoteric Work on several different levels. To truly be in the moment and tell the truth of a story- ‘ACTING’- one must be fully present and grounded in their Physical body. Unfortunately, most of us have a hard time reaching this state due to various stresses that affect us almost constantly: i.e., bills, relationships, fears, insecurities, etc. These stressors keep us locked in our Mental and Emotional bodies, forcing us to relive the past or fret about the future, and therefore preventing us from being in the Present Moment at the Present Time. In my classes we start with a basic meditation to Align, Attune, and Allow the energy to flow freely between the 3 Personality bodies: Physical, Emotional & Mental. This creates an environment for the energy to be balanced, the mind to be cleared, and allows us permission to be fully ‘in our bodies’ and ‘in the moment’ for truthful acting work to occur.

Applying the Esoteric Principles to the Drama Therapy Work

For true healing to occur, one must be in the present 80% of the time. By setting intentions, clearing blockages, & connecting as above and so below (through guided meditation) you will more clearly be able to access the negative energies in your personality bodies, bring them fully present, and then shift them with the Drama Therapy Work.
