Play Readings

Getting a group of people together to participate in a Play Reading, regardless of skill level, is a fun way to connect through the ‘Rituals of Theatre and Performance’. This type of activity is perfect for any type of group. From card clubs to condo association boards, going through the rehearsal and performance process of a staged play reading is a great way to build strong friendships and create a fun sense of community. I will get to know your group and together we will pick a script. The group will have four 3 hour rehearsals and a final Performance for friends and family. I will direct and help produce the production. Play Readings work best for groups of 6-8 people; however, if your group is smaller or larger, we can work together to find a script that best fits your groups’ needs.

COST: For picking the script, directing, and producing, my fee is $500.00

SCHEDULE: I work with your group to determine the best schedule for rehearsals and Performances

CAST SIZE: Most plays work great with 6-8 Actors. However, if your group is larger or smaller, I will work with you to find the best material to suite the Cast.
